Hi, my name is Mark Clement and over the last two years, I have helped hundreds of dads all over the UK transform their lives and become a better version of themselves.
Since April 2019, I have been on a mission to help dads in the Coventry area to do the same through my FatherFit Bootcamp.
When I started up this Bootcamp, I always said I wanted it to be so much more than some group fitness in a field.
I wanted it to be a place for dads to come and train in a safe environment without being judged, getting away from the stresses of dad life and enjoy some friendly banter in a male environment.
This has become a community where no man is left behind, and everyone is here to support you in becoming a better version of yourself.
Is the Bootcamp just for Dads?
Yes, however, if you are a male looking to get in shape and would like to get involved with the FatherFit Community you are more than welcome to come along.
Will this help me lose weight?
100%! The sessions are designed to help burn fat, feel fitter, stronger and have more energy the deal with the stress of being a busy dad.
What if I feel my fitness is not good enough?
Do not worry! The sessions are designed to suit all shapes and sizes and all levels of fitness and to help you make progress towards your goals.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable exercise clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. In the winter wear lots of layers and gloves.
Why is this Bootcamp different from others?
This is the only bootcamp that is just for dads in the local area. You will be surrounded by other guys in the same sort of boat as you which creates an awesome community feeling.
