The FatherFit Bootcamp is to go to place for dads wanting to become the best version of themselves. We are dedicated to providing the most fun and effective group workouts in an environment where you feel comfortable to train and are surrounded by other dads in the same boat as you. This is a community of dads all striving to become fitter, healthier and have more energy. It’s a place to go to get away from the stresses of dad life and enjoy some friendly banter in a male environment. No man is left behind, and we are here to support you every step of the way to become the best version of yourself.

Is the Bootcamp just for Dads? Yes, however if you are a male looking to get in shape and would like to get involved with the FatherFit Community you are more than welcome to come along. Will this help me lose weight? 100%! The sessions are designed to help burn fat, feel fitter, stronger and have more energy the deal with the stress of being a busy dad. What if I feel my fitness is not good enough? Do not worry! The sessions are designed to suit all shapes and sizes and all levels of fitness and to help you make progress towards your goals. What should I wear? Wear comfortable exercise clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. In the winter wear lots of layers and gloves. Why is this Bootcamp different to other? This is the only bootcamp that is just for dads in the local area. You will be surrounded by other guys in the same sort of boat as you which creates an awesome community feeling.
